We ship to the United States only. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is approximately 6–14 business days depending on your location and local carrier operations.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking information.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to high demand, holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING COST
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. No minimum order required.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided after shipment. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the information to update.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at VeloShield@hotmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made. VeloShield is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. VeloShield is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
