SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently ship to the United States only.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are typically between 6–14 business days depending on your location.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and shipping updates.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to high demand, holidays, weather conditions, or external shipping delays beyond our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order anytime using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the information to update.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at VeloShield@hotmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes can be made. VeloShield is not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is delayed or lost during transit, please contact our support team at VeloShield@hotmail.com and we will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible. VeloShield is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
