RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At VeloShield, your satisfaction is important to us.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition. Proof of purchase is required. A return request must be submitted before sending any item back. Contact us at VeloShield@hotmail.com to initiate the process. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned or refunded: items showing clear signs of heavy use or intentional damage, items returned without prior authorization, sale items and gift cards, and items returned after the 60-day window. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at VeloShield@hotmail.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us at VeloShield@hotmail.com if this applies to your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
